Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Learner
Lessons cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
No-Shows (NTU)
Failure to attend a booked lesson without notice may result in the lesson being deducted from your package without refund.
Instructor Availability
If we are unable to allocate an instructor within 24–72 hours of purchase, a full refund may be offered.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
