1. About Us
HelpMePass.co.uk provides professional driving tuition services with DVSA-approved instructors. We do not provide driving tests and do not book DVSA theory or practical tests on behalf of learners.

2. Lesson Duration
All lessons are provided in fixed 2-hour sessions unless otherwise stated (e.g. Pass Plus delivered as 3 × 2-hour lessons).

3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made online via our website. Payment is required in advance to secure lesson packages and test-day services.

4. Instructor Allocation
We aim to allocate an instructor within 24–72 hours of purchase. In the event that we are unable to allocate an instructor within this timeframe, a full refund may be offered.

5. Cancellations
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Test Day Support
Test day support includes a warm-up lesson and use of the instructor’s car, where applicable. DVSA tests must be booked by the learner.

7. Conduct & Safety
Learners must follow instructor guidance at all times. Unsafe behaviour may result in termination of a lesson without refund.

8. Liability
While every reasonable care is taken, HelpMePass.co.uk is not responsible for test outcomes or DVSA decisions.

9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update services, pricing, and availability at any time.
